Art. 1. Identity and contact details of ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD as owner of the processing of personal data

ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD ("ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD") is the owner of the processing of users' personal data illustrated in this statement and having as its object the data collected from this landing page for the purposes indicated therein.

Art. 2. Data processing for the purpose of purchasing the services brokered by ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD

ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD will process the user's personal data to allow him to be contacted by companies that offer the services described on the landing page to which this privacy policy refers (Partner Company) and to conclude the related purchase contracts for these services.
The legal basis for this treatment is the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party (art. 6.1.b) of the Regulation).
For this purpose, ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD will process the user data for the time strictly necessary for the communication of data to the Partners Companies, it being understood that, after this term has expired, ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD may retain the data for the purposes and for the maximum retention periods referred to in the other sections of this information, if relevant, and/or, in any case, in the cases established by the Regulation and/or by the law.

Art. 3. Data processing for generic marketing purposes

With the express consent of the user, ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD will process the user's personal data to send them, via e-mail, information and promotional communications, including the newsletter, referring to their own and/or third party products and/or services.
The legal basis for this treatment is the express consent of the user (art. 6.1.a) of the Regulation).
The user can revoke the consent given at any time and/or oppose, at any time, the processing of his data for marketing purposes by contacting ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD at the addresses indicated in art. 1.
The provision of data for generic marketing purposes is optional: there is no legal or contractual obligation on the user to provide such data for this purpose and/or to give consent to the processing of his personal data for this purpose.
Failure to consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes will make it impossible for the user to receive advertising material relating to ROCKET MEDIA PTE products and/or services. LTD and/or third parties as well as the impossibility for ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD to send newsletters to the user.
For generic marketing purposes, ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD will process the user's data until the withdrawal of consent and/or the exercise of the right of opposition and, in any case, no later than 24 months from the collection of data, reserving the right, before the expiry of this term, to request the user the renewal of consent and/or updating of data.

It constitutes the legitimate interest of ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD respond to requests for information and/or reports and/or disputes and/or user complaints. This legitimate interest of ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD also coincides with the legitimate interest of the users who make the requests and/or reports and/or disputes and/or complaints in question and, therefore, in the context of the relationship with ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD, it can be considered that they reasonably expect their personal data to be used by ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD to give them feedback.
The legitimate interest of ROCKET MEDIA PTE. Art. 5. Data processing for the purpose of ascertaining, exercising or defending a right

ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD will process user data for the assessment, exercise or defense of a right in all the competent offices.
The legal basis of this treatment is the legitimate interest of ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD (art. 6.1.f of the Regulations).
It constitutes the legitimate interest of ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD, in fact, to seek remedies to guarantee compliance with its contractual rights or demonstrate that it has fulfilled the obligations arising from the contract with the interested party or imposed on ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD by law. This legitimate interest is in turn based on the constitutionally protected right of defense. It can therefore be considered prevalent over the fundamental rights and freedoms of the interested party, also because of his reasonable expectations.
The user has, in any case, the right to object, at any time, for reasons related to his personal situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose in question (ie defense of a right/purposes of justice).

Art. 6. Categories of subjects to whom ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD communicates the user's personal data (recipients)

The personal data provided by the user can be communicated by ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD to the categories of recipients indicated below.
The subjects to whom ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD communicates the data, they act as data processors designated by ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD through a specific contract (Data Processors) or by persons designated to process personal data under the direct authority of ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD (Designated) or, in the case of third parties of which the Data Processor makes use, as "Sub-Managers", pursuant to art. 28.4 of the Regulations.
Users' personal data can be communicated by ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD to the following categories of recipients:
- to the Partner Companies, as defined in article 1 of this information, so that the latter can contact the user and propose the conclusion of contracts concerning the services described by the landing page to which this information refers;
- to companies appointed by ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD of the sending of commercial communications, which act on behalf of ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD as Data Processors;
- to all those subjects, including public authorities, who have access to data by virtue of regulatory or administrative measures.

Art. 7. Transfer to third countries

Art. 8. Right to object

The interested party has the right to object at any time, for reasons related to his particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him carried out for the purposes having as a legal basis the legitimate interest of the data controller.
In the case in which to which the data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the interested party also has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him/her carried out for these purposes.
In the case of exercising the right of opposition, ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD refrains from further processing personal data, unless he demonstrates the existence of binding legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the interested party or for the assessment, exercise or defense of a right in court.
If the interested party opposes the treatment for direct marketing purposes, personal data are no longer processed for this purpose.

Art. 9. Right of access

The interested party has the right to obtain from ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD confirms that personal data concerning him or her is being processed and, in this case, to obtain access to the personal data and information indicated below.
In the case of exercising the right of access, the user can obtain access to personal data and the following information:
- the purposes of the processing;
- the categories of personal data in question;
- the recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular if recipients from third countries or international organizations;
- when possible, the retention period of the personal data provided or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;
- the existence of the right of the interested party to ask the data controller to correct or delete personal data or limit the processing of personal data concerning him or to oppose their treatment;
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
- if the data are not collected from the data subject, all available information on their origin;
- the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling, that produces legal effects that affect the data subject or that significantly affects his or her person significantly, and at least in such cases, significant information on the logic used, as well as the importance and expected consequences of such treatment for the data subject. > ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD provides a copy of the personal data being processed. In case of further copies requested by the interested party, ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD can charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. If the interested party submits the request by electronic means, and unless otherwise indicated by the interested party, the information is provided in a commonly used electronic format.

Art. 10. Right to rectification

The interested party has the right to obtain from ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD the correction of personal data concerning him without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the interested party has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing an additional declaration.

Art. 11. Right of cancellation

The interested party has the right to obtain from ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD the cancellation of personal data concerning him without undue delay and ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD has the obligation to delete personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons exists:
- personal data are no longer necessary with respect to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
- l concerned withdraws the consent on which the treatment is based, if there is no other legal basis for the treatment;
- the interested party opposes the treatment based on the legitimate interest of the data controller for reasons related to his particular situation and not there is no prevailing legitimate reason or opposes the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes;
- the personal data are processed unlawfully;
- the personal data must be deleted to fulfill a legal obligation under the law of the Union or of the Member State to which the data controller is subject.

Art. 12. Right to limitation of treatment

The interested party has the right to obtain from ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD the limitation of processing when one of the following hypotheses occurs:
- the interested party disputes the accuracy of personal data for the period of time necessary for ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD to verify the accuracy of such personal data;
- the processing is illegal and the interested party opposes the cancellation of personal data and instead requests that their use be limited;
- although ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD no longer needs it for processing purposes, personal data are necessary for the interested party to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court;
- the interested party has opposed the processing in the hypothesis of treatment based on the legitimate interest of the data controller, for reasons related to his particular situation, pending verification of the possible prevalence of the legitimate reasons of ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD with respect to those of the interested party.
If the treatment is limited, the personal data subject to the limitation are processed, except for storage, only with the consent of the interested party or for verification, exercise or defense of a right in court or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of significant public interest of the Union or of a Member State.
The interested party who obtained the limitation of the treatment is informed by the data controller before this limitation is lifted.

Art. 13. Right to data portability

The interested party has the right to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, the personal data concerning him provided to ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance by the data controller to whom it has provided them, if:
- the treatment is based on the consent of the interested party or on a contract;
- the processing is carried out by automated means.
In exercising his right to data portability, the interested party has the right to obtain the direct transmission of personal data from one controller to the other, if technically feasible .
The exercise of the right to portability is without prejudice to the right to erasure.
The right to portability must not infringe the rights and freedoms of others.

Art. 14. Response times and methods in case of exercise of the rights of the interested party

ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD provides the interested party with information about the actions taken in relation to a request to exercise the rights recognized by articles from 15 to 22 of the Regulation (ie right of access, right of rectification, right of cancellation, right of limitation of treatment, right to data portability, right of opposition) and from this privacy information (Rights of the interested party), without unjustified delay and, in any case, within one month of receiving the request. This deadline can be extended by two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and the number of requests. ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD informs the interested party of this extension, and of the reasons for the delay, within one month of receiving the request. If the interested party submits the request by electronic means, the information is provided, where possible, by electronic means, unless otherwise indicated by the interested party.

Art. 15. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial appeal, the interested party who believes that the processing that concerns him violates the Regulation has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which he habitually resides, works or where he lives. alleged violation has occurred. The supervisory authority to which the complaint has been proposed informs the complainant of the status or outcome of the complaint, including the possibility of a judicial appeal.
