The general conditions of sale transcribed below (hereinafter "General Conditions") apply to all sales made by ROCKET MEDIA PTE. LTD. Reg. No.: 202010885z, Incorporated in the Republic of Singapore, 160 Robinson Road, 14-04 Singapore Business Federation Center Singapore 068914 via the ushoppy.store site worldwide (hereinafter the "Ushoppy Store" or the "Site" or the seller").

Art. 1. Acceptance of the conditions of sale.

The contract between Ushoppy Store and the Customer must be considered concluded with the sending by Ushoppy Store of the order acceptance email according to the purchase methods transcribed below. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to accept in full the general and payment conditions transcribed below.

If the customer is a consumer, once the online purchase procedure is completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale.
excluded any customer's right to compensation for damages or indemnity, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

Art. 2. Method of purchase

The Customer can only purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of the Site at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in color, size, accessory products shown in the figure. All purchase support information is intended as simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of a single product.

The correct reception of the The order is confirmed by the Ushoppy Store by means of an e-mail response sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of execution of the order and an Order Number, to be used in any further communication with the Ushoppy Store. The message repeats all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, using customer service.

Ushoppy Store will verify the availability of products in stock and, subsequently, will send the order acceptance email with which the purchase contract is intended to be finalized and which will also contain the estimated delivery date according to the best practices of the logistic partner. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Ushoppy Store guarantees communication to the Customer by e-mail or telephone within three days from the receipt of the summary e-mail.

Art. 3. Methods of payment

Credit card: in the case of purchase of the goods with the Credit Card payment method, the credit card is debited at the same time as the order is processed.
Ushoppy Store reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer ( e.g. telephone number) or sending a copy of documents proving ownership of the Card used. In the absence of the required documentation, Ushoppy Store reserves the right not to accept the order.
At no time during the purchase procedure Ushoppy Store is able to know the information relating to the credit card of the buyer, transmitted via connection protected directly to the site of the banking institution that manages the transaction. Ushoppy Store does not store and does not have access to information relating to the Customer's credit card.

Cash on delivery: in case of purchase on delivery, it will not be applied to the total amount no additional contribution, as clearly shown when choosing the method of payment. Payment, to be made directly to the courier, will take place upon delivery of the products. It is possible to pay only in cash, it is not possible to pay by check.

Purchases through PayPal: in the case of purchase of goods with PayPal payment method, contextually at the conclusion of the online transaction, PayPal will immediately charge the amount relating to the purchase made.

Art. 4. Shipping method

Ushoppy Store can accept orders for delivery worldwide. We use the best national and international express courier companies to ship worldwide, thus guaranteeing a safe, fast and traceable service. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days from acceptance of the order.

For each order placed, Ushoppy Store issues an accompanying document of the material shipped . For the possible issue of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is authentic. After the execution of the order it will no longer be possible to request an invoice if this will has not been expressed previously. After the issuance of the invoice, it will not be possible to make changes to it.
Delivery costs, if any, are borne by Ushoppy Store and are clearly spelled out when placing the order. Nothing is owed more by the customer than the total order.

The delivery of what is intended is intended on the street level except:
- different communication from our customer service,
- as provided in the product data sheet,
- the explicit purchase of the delivery to the floor, where provided.
At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the accompanying document of the goods.
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or in any case altered, also in the materials of closure (adhesive tape or straps).

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested, by affixing the wording "RESERVE OF CONTROL" (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVE, eg "packaging b ucato "," crushed packaging ", etc.) on the proof of delivery of the courier. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer cannot make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

Any problems concerning physical integrity, Correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days of delivery, according to the methods provided in this document.
In the event of failure to collect the material present in stock at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to of repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be returned to the Ushoppy Store warehouses.

Art. 5. Right of withdrawal

If the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. To exercise this right, the Customer, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, must contact the Ushoppy Store customer service by e-mail at the email address sales@ushoppy.store (specifying name, geographic address, telephone number and any e-mail address, possibly using the withdrawal form, which can be downloaded here), stating that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

In case of withdrawal the contract will reimburse all payments made to Ushoppy Store, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we will be informed of the decision to withdraw. These refunds will be made by bank transfer, and the customer will promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (Account Number/IBAN and current account holder). The Customer will take care of returning the goods to the Seller. The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

The customer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the different good from that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same. The customer assumes all responsibility for the shipment until it is received in our warehouse. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Ushoppy Store will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow them to promptly dispose a complaint against the courier chosen by them and obtain a refund of the asset value (if insured); in this case the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.

Ushoppy Store does not respond in any way to the damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. In the event that the customer sends the goods, the refund will be suspended until the date of receipt of the goods at the Ushoppy Store or, alternatively, until the time when the customer certifies the shipment by receipt.

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
- the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, attached software, etc.);
- the right does not apply: (i) to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to material hardware), once opened; (ii) custom-made or clearly personalized products; (iii) to newspapers, periodicals and magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of these products; (iv) to products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- the goods purchased must be intact and returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc. .); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box.
- upon arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the original packaging and/or packaging are damaged, Ushoppy Store will withhold a percentage from the refund due, in any case not exceeding 10% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.

The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Ushoppy Store ascertains:
- the use is not diligent of the good that has compromised its integrity, or the use of any consumables;
- the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc.);
- damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the Ushoppy Store headquarters, available to the Customer for collection at your expense.

Art. 6. Ushoppy Store guarantees

All products sold by the Ushoppy Store are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and the 24-month Ushoppy Store warranty for lack of conformity.

Art. 7. Customer guarantees

The Customer declares and guarantees (i) that he is of age and a consumer according to the provisions of art. 3 of the Consumer Code; (ii) that the data provided by the same for the execution of the contract are correct, truthful and do not violate any third party rights.

Art. 8. Privacy

The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the customer. Ushoppy Store guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code of which art. 13 of the 2016/679 European Regulation ("GDPR"). Art. 9. Return and refund policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order, please contact us. For faster resolution, please include three photographs demonstrating the damaged area of ​​the article. The most optimal images are on a flat surface, with the label and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order. Here are the circumstances under which refunds will be granted:

You can get a refund if:
- The product you purchased does not work
- You have not received your product within 60 working days
- The refund is made only and exclusively by bank transfer, following IBAN communication and name of the owner.

The Ushoppy Store warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents
- Improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Breakdown of colors and materials
- After-sales modifications
They will not be returns/replacements accepted for products with water exposure.
